Puppy Love

K&Company makes some of the best paper in the industry in my opinion. In this layout, the wide strip of paper on the left side is K&Company's Sweet Talk Postage Stamp paper. I just love all of their retro designs. Of course the purple glitter paper from Diecuts With A View coordinated perfectly as well as American Crafts cardstock in Taffy (the background paper). Prima Flowers and Queen & Co. brads are a great finishing touch. I used American Crafts chipboard Thickers in Jewelry Box font and I inked the edges of the Sweet Talk Postage Stamp paper.

Monkey Business

I think Reminisce has come out with some of the cutest monkeys that I have ever seen! The monkey, the leaves and vines and the letters are all cardstock stickers from Reminisce new Monkey Business line. The monkey, leaves and vines are one of several on each 12x12 sheet of stickers. The letters come on a 12x12 sheet as well. The background paper is Bazzill cardstock in Kelly Green. The sun is cut from Diecuts With A View yellow glitter cardstock. The tree trunk is cut from two differnt kinds of paper. The light brown is Bazzill Smoothies cardstock in Carob Cream and the dark brown is cut from The Paper Company's Metallic Bronze paper. This layout is again very simple and easy and one of our $5 Paper Kits. I will even cut the sun and the tree trunk out for you!

Little Darlings

This layout looks very labor intensive but was in fact extremely quick and easy! I used Prima's Clear Paintables transperancy over a sheet of American Crafts Cardstock in Lagoon. For the grassy part I used a sheet of Doodlebug Crushed Velvet cardstock in Limeade. I used a protractor to cut the curvy line to make it look like a hill in the distance. To color the transperancy I used American Crafts markers. The bunny is one of Prima's Little Darlings from their CHA Winter release. That's it! I just colored the tranperancy which took me about 15 minutes. Then I cut the velvet cardstock and glued it to the blue cardstock. I placed the pictures and glued them to the blue cardstock and then I put the transperancy over top then guled the bunny on top. The whole layout only took me about 30 minutes from start to finish!

Dreamland Princess

If you haven't checked out Sandy Lion's Disney paper line you are missing out! This paper is from the Disney Dreamland collection and it certainly is dreamy! While this looks like a very girly, princessy (is that a word?!) layout, you can easily transform this into a celebration of spring or summer. The Heidi Swapp flower stickers fit right into the whole look and feel of the page and the butterfly brads add some sweet dimension to the layout. This is one of our new page kits from Scrappopotamus. For only $5 you can create this page. With all of the paper and embellishments you need to create this layout more! This kit comes with a mini Flower Grab Bag so you will have some Prima flowers left over for your other projects.

Snow Day!

I really love the way this layout came out. The back ground paper is We R Memory Keepers White Out! Collection Christmas Snowy. The paper is flocked and of course the picture doesn't do the paper justice. The design is beautiful as you can see but the flocking really makes this pop! I also used several kinds of Prima Flowers. The large white flower in the bottom left corner is one of Prima's new Bonnet Blooms. They are fabric flowers that are "frosted" and have a very interesting button and bead center. The letters are American Crafts chipboard Thickers in the Jewelry Box font. The crystal snowflakes are, again, Prima's Say It In Crystals. I cut the frame for the picture from a piece of American Crafts Cardstock in Robin's Egg and inked the edges of the frame, some of the flowers and the chipboard letters with some silver ink. I love to ink and I think it carries the theme of the distressed paper. The ribbon and buttons are from Scrappopotamus.
